The American Romanian Academy of Arts and Sciences (ARA) is a scholarly organization dedicated to the analysis, study and dissemination of Romanian contributions and accomplishments. ARA is incorporated in the State of California as a non-profit tax-exempt organization . Professor Ileana Costea, the interim President of ARA, and a Manufacturing Systems Engineering professor at California State University, presented extensively the work of the ARA over the years including the implementation of several virtual events during the past few years with the partnership or assistance of the Immigration Research Forum.
