About the event

We cordially invite you to join us in celebrating the service, courage, and dedication of those committed to building transatlantic and local diaspora community bridges. Our annual gathering highlights and honors the contributions of remarkable Romanian Americans to American society. The event will feature outstanding diaspora public figures from each field, their peers in Romania and Moldova, and we will take this opportunity to showcase selected projects of excellence that address the evolving needs of our diaspora.

Our communities of practice affirm our shared cultural identity and the values we bring to our host nation. By nurturing a social capital of trust mobilized in assisting those in need, especially in situations of crisis such as pandemics and refugee crises, we are building a national diaspora community that is increasingly effective in implementing targeted interventions and finding efficient solutions to challenges at home and abroad.

As in previous years, we will take stock of developments within our academic and professional councils, including Arts and Culture, Medicine and Public Health, Legal Counseling, Development and Public Policy, STEM and IT, Community Civic Engagement, and Social Entrepreneurship.

Thank you for considering our invitation. We look forward to your participation!
